How To Apply:

Step 1: Gently pull your eyelid taut at an upward angle. Begining at the inner corner, draw small, connected dashes along the top lashes. Be sure to stay close to the lash line so there is no skin visible between the lashes and the eyeliner. Extend eyeliner out past eyelid to create a wing.

Step 2: Build the look as desired with the smudger tip.
